The Defined Life Planner uses the same daily page as Define My Day. It helps you identify your 1-3 top priorities for the day that connect to your goals and purpose. It also has the same mindfulness prompts to help you keep a positive and healthy mindset.

Define My Day is a more advanced process that also includes journaling, habit tracking, or in-depth goal planning and review.

No. Our planners are designed to gently guide your mind toward a balanced priority mindset. We've found that digital calendar apps can help you schedule your time better than we can. Our goal is to help you use those tools more effectively.

The Defined Life Planner has 12 weeks of planning with goal checkpoints at the end of each week and month (4-week period). It also includes our all-new Week 13 Rest and Recovery period to help you take a moment to recenter yourself and move forward in a healthy way.

Our planners help you focus on priorities that move you toward your goals. It has a short process to help identify key goals in your life while also helping to build a daily routine. It's a daily framework to maintain focus, identify and avoid distractions, and create a positive mindset.

We also have a dedicated and supportive community of users the help each other daily with problems and tips to become a bit better each day.
