I love these monthly planners! They truly help me with my ADHD and being able get all the things done in small chunks. There's much less pressure on myself to get the basic things done as well as the important things because I'm less likely to forget what my goals are each month. I highly recommend using this system!
Previously, I had tried the 4-week planner but found myself getting lost in the details at the journaling level. I'm a perfectionist and I need to build the habit before I analyze the habit. I love the 13-week option. I hope to utilize this along with a goal-oriented type computer program component (The 12-week year). But I absolutely love the simplicity yet thought provoking insight the pages provide to move you forward. I am finding I need just a bit more guidance in terms of the steps required, hence my desire to pair it with goal oriented software.
